Hello fellow Moms From Meaghan L.

I dont know if there is anyone from my area (waupaca wisconsin) but I am looking to get together with local moms and their children for a playgroup for my boys! Connor is 4 years old , Paul is 2 and a half , and Liam is 1 and a half! So as you can imagine it gets pretty exhausting trying to entertain all three of them all by myself all day! lol My oldest tried a pre school program , but i feel he is not ready socially and could use some more practice with interacting and playing with his peers! So if anyone is interested in having your kids have a playdate with us just let me know! Because there isnt too much to do in the waupaca area , i thought we could also get together in the surrounding cities that have more fun places for our kids to play! I just moved to this area with my husband , so i think it will be a great way for me to make new friends since i know absoulutely no one in this area! :)

Hi Meaghan,
Just wondering if you have had any luck starting a playgroup in Waupaca? My husband and I just moved to Waupaca from Madison a few weeks ago with our 6 and (newly) 3 year old children, and I don't know anyone in the area yet. We'd love to join a playgroup and go on outings, etc. We are used to be active and involved in lots of activities and it has been hard to find anything to do here! Let me know. Alison

Hey allison , well welcome to the area! I know its not as exciting probably as madison , and can be quite boring at times , but there are a lot of great people here , and i like living in a small town!! Took me a while , but it really is starting to grow on me! :)

I actually havent had any luck with play groups in the area , i have found a couple but the waiting list is pretty long :( so thats why i just thought , what the heck .... just start my own! lol

I did already send you an email back , but just thought i would respond on here too!

My inlaws live right near us , we live out in the country and live in my husbands grandmothers house while he finishes college, i stay home and try and keep my children and house at peace! ha But i bet your kids would love to come and see the farm , they have like over 100 cows , and always have baby ones! They are adorable! :)

Well anyway , thanks for responding , and if i here of any other play groups or anything in the area , i will let you know! :)
