New to the area From Jenn R.
So I'm somewhat new to the area and trying to figure out where all of the moms take their kids during the summer months. Tried getting the boys into swimming, but who knew the class would fill up an hour after registration began! So decided to attempt this to meet other moms in the area and get to know the area surrounding SV. There must be other moms out there with the base having such a presence here, so where do you go?
School is back in session! From Jenn R.
Well the house has quieted down quite a bit with my older three back in elementary school. With just Austin, my 3 month old, at home, it allows more freedom to run about and get chores done! Also time that I can start working out again as I try to get back into my old clothes.... ;-) Anyone want to start walking? I'm not really set up for running yet, don't have the right stroller... As long as the temp isn't too high, as I'm sure Austin wouldn't appreciate some of this recent heat, plus I'm still adjusting to this climate too.

Sorry I've been off the board for a little while, I've had family in town and I had to leave town for a bit. Now things are getting back on track and I'd like to arrange a time that everyone could get together and meet!!! So how does meeting at the park on a weekend work for everyone? Bring the kids and spouses, perhaps some snacks and make a picnic out of it?
Let me know if you're interested and if there is a day that is better for everyone to attend!
New(ish) to the area From katie j.
I moved to Sierra Vista last September and am finally getting around to finding some nearby mommies who might be interested in playdates (I procrastinate a little. Haha). I have a 7 1/2 month old son, and am currently a stay at home mom. If anyone is interested in getting together, let me know!
