Starting up From Jennifer G.

Hi everyone. I am a part-time working mother of a 14 month old. My friends and I have been looking for a local get together group for our children (that doesn't cost a fortune to join). We have been unable to find such a group, so decided we would try to start one of our own. Nothing is set in stone just yet, so the when, where and what is still all up in the air. Anyone who is a stay at home parent realizes how much adult conversation is worth. We would like to meet-up maybe once a week or every other week, and would really just like to have cheaper activities that we can enjoy with our children, while having other adults to chit-chat with. If anyone is interested, or has any ideas/suggestions please just let me know. Look forward to hearing from lots of you soon!!

I would love the opportunity to learn more about the group you have started and how it has progressed. I have a two girls ages 3 and 19mo that I am looking to attend a play group a couple days a week.
