The goal of this group is to meet once a month for a much needed mini mom-adventure. We would like to meet the second Thursday (evening)of every month. This group is open to any and all moms and we encourage ANY mom that just needs a "break" to participate. Each member will have a month to pick what the outing will be. That could be anything from a dinner and a movie, a trip to the mall, Hollywood Casino etc....you get the idea. This is an evening for just moms to go out and enjoy themselves. In order to be eligible to pick an evening you need participate with the other outings. This is a perfect opportunity to build friendships with other mommies in the area and to get some much needed rejuvenation to our tired spirits. Nothing can do this better than good ol’ girl time! If there appears to be enough interest, we may look into doing a day trip a couple times a year. Unfortunately, as with everything else in life, there have to be some rules:
1. As much as we LOVE our families, this is for mommies only! No children or Significant Others are allowed to attend the outings. (We may have times when we have a get together including the whole family, but for right now we are solely focusing on mommy time.)
2. Each mommy is responsible for paying their individual way. We strive to make the evening affordable for everyone.
3. Each mommy will have a chance to “pick” where/what the evening will be. We will be coming up with a random number system to select the mommy. We encourage you to attend any or all of the outings. There will be evenings where you may not be particularly thrilled about the activity, but it’s about supporting each other and each mommy’s unique likes.
4. There will be no drama tolerated! You will receive a warning the first time and the second time you will be removed from the group.
