What do you think is the most important thing to look for when looking for a play group? From janie s.

Just wonder what the ages of the kids in the group..Also where do you meet for the group fun?

I have to say it varies a lot...I have to say the kids range anywhere from 2 years to 10 years. We do anything from, swimming, to picnics, BBQs, park, science center, fishing,walking trails to see what all we can find and what we can collect to make a picture when we get back, it really depends on the group we have at that moment. Example, I had a group of 5 girls and 4 boys, we had a couple fathers come along that day so the boys played sports, and the girls done nails and make up and beautify shop basically, while us moms made a dish and we all ate a lunch and watch a movie afterward. Wat is the age and gender of your little one?
Maybe than I could give you little better idea of things that we would do.
I'd like to start meeting with moms these next couple weeks and than get a day planned out for mid. Sept. One thing I always do with my groups are charitable causes...back to school bags and supplies, toys for tots, tutoring younger kids, things that i believe is important for our children.

Where do you meet? From Michelle H.

Hello everyone. Obviously I'm new here. :) I was hoping to get some more information on this playgroup. Where is the meeting spot, what activities are planned for each day, etc.? The days and times are listed, but I don't see a meeting place or activity listing. We live out in the sticks, so it would be nice to get my daughter more involved with some children around her age (she's 4).
