Hello, I was excited to find this site, I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old, and I am a stay at home mom...I would love to find some other stay at home moms with kids to hang out with..I am finding my little ones are getting to where they really need to be socialized. And I too, would like to meet new friends!

Hi! There is not much traffic in this group, but I have an 18 month old and I would love to meet other moms in this town, as I moved here in February. I am not a stay at home mom though. I do have most afternoons off and for now have Mondays and Thursdays off too. Do you want to meet up at a park somewhere next week?

I am interested in meeting moms as well that have little ones. I have a 2 1/2 year old and he needs some friends to play with (only has 1 at daycare that is his age & the other one is almost 1). Jayden is lacking in his speech and I think being around kids who talk will help him.

I am not a stay at home mom and work your standard work week (8-5), so it makes it hard for me to do play groups that meet during the day unless it is a weekend.

So excited to have found this site and group! I am a part-time stay at home mom right now, but will be full-time starting in March! I have a 15 month old boy and would love to meet some other parents in the area and get together at least once a week!

Hi. My name is Sheldon. I grew up in Lawrence but now live and work in Tokyo with my wife and 16 month son. We will be visiting my parents in Lawrence for much of May 2012. Our son is very active with playgroups in Japan. I am just wondering if your group has any activities going on during May. If yes, we might like to visit and participate as a guest.

And, also wondering if there are any public playrooms in the Lawrence area where we can take our son for play and socializing? Any info or leads would be much appreciated.
