I see that we have grown to... THREE members!! =D
I'm so glad that you ladies have joined. My goal is to make this group a fun, supportive network of moms. I have some really fantastic ideas for this group that I hope you'll be interested in. Please pass the word along to any other moms you know!
A little about me:
I'm newish to the area (as in, I haven't lived here my whole life) and don't have a lot of mommy friends. My children are very young (11 months and 2 1/2) and it's hard to find good activities that are satisfying for them AND me.
I graduated from USI in 2004 with a B.S. in Public Relations. While in college, I completed an internship at Eastland Mall that mainly revolved around starting the mall kids club, Kidgits. I had a blast planning the events and recruiting members and Kidgits is still a successful program today! (In fact, I encourage you to join. It's well worth the $5 membership fee! Wink!)
Anyway, now that I'm a stay-at-home-mom, I've got plenty of time to devote to growing this organization. I really feel that Busy Bees is a much-needed group in our area and I'm looking forward to all the fun things ahead!

Hello! I just joined the group and have been looking for a playgroup in Evansville. My daughter will be 2 in March and I work from home so we don't get too many opportunities to get out and be social with other tots!
