If you do not agree to the modifications, you may not continue to access, browse and/or use the Website.

Use of this Website

1. All accounts must be created by an adult over the age of 18.

2. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

3. You may not select an email of another person with intent to impersonate that person or use an email that Social Toddler™, at its sole discretion, deems offensive.

4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Social Toddler™ cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Privacy and Access to Information

Social Toddler™ takes access to information very seriously. None of your personal information will be made available to non-members. To facilitate the growth of the Social Toddler™ community, and to assist in finding your friends on the website, your basic information which includes your first and last name, location, and avatar will be available to other members. However, access to your detailed profile information as well as any other information or photos that you post on the Website will only be available to those members that you accept as a friend.

As a member of the site, you will have the option of creating or joining an online group. Each group can be designated as a private group, or public group. The information posted in public groups, including photos, discussions, and member lists, are available to anyone that visits the site. However, only members of the group will be allowed to contribute to the content on a particular group page. If a group is private, you will need to be accepted to the group in order to gain access to group information and contribute content.

Please note that even if you remove information from the website, it may still be stored in other computers of people who visited the Website, and removal of that information from the Website will not remove it from those other computers. Therefore, we caution you to be very careful about publically posting personal information to the Website.

Social Toddler™ makes every effort to ensure that your information is only made available to the people you selected as your friends. However, mistakes can happen. You will remain the owner of all materials submitted to the website. However, please note that by joining public groups and accepting friends on the website, you agree to allow others to view and share your Content.

Indemnification

Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement for any or no cause, at any time, by notice, which shall be effective immediately or as specified in the notice. After termination, you shall no longer access the Website. Applicable Law

This Agreement governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to any choice of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding between Social Toddler™ and you related to this Agreement or the Website shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in metropolitan Los Angeles, California, United States, and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
